Garbage & Compost Collection

Always ensure your refuse is contained safely in garbage cans and put out at the curb by 8:00 am on the scheduled day. Some refuse containers have been identified as either posing danger to the refuse crew, or too heavy for pickup.

Please review the state of your containers and make appropriate changes if required, otherwise your refuse will not be picked up. Garbage containers that have excessive holes, rust, or sharp edges will not be emptied. Your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Composting (Grass & Leaves)

Every household in the RM of Gimli will have one bag of grass clippings or leaves picked up with their regular household garbage. Click on the above links to find out your scheduled garbage day.
