HOUSEHOLD RECYCLING
Recycling Services for the RM of Gimli are provided by: 4570732 Manitoba Ltd.
NOTE: Due to a high amount of refuse being received at the sorting centre, your recycling will not be picked up if the recycling crew notices that there is garbage or non-accepted materials mixed in with the recycling.

WEEKLY RECYCLING SCHEDULE (Residential)
Please have your recyclable material contained in a BLUE or CLEAR bag. Collection must be placed out by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled pickup days to ensure collection.
*Commercial collection must be placed at a suitable outdoor location, typically by the refuse collection area
MONDAY:
The area east of Highway 8 to Lake Winnipeg and between Seagram Road south to Willow Creek Road, including, but not limited to, the following subdivisions:
- Aspen Park
- Gimli Urban Centre (incl. Autumnwood, Centre Ave W, and Vesturland)
- Loni Beach
- Miklavik
- Odin Green
- Pelican Beach
- Siglavik
- South Beach
- Willow Island
WEDNESDAY:
The entire Rural area West of Highway 8 from Boundary Road south to PR 229. Also the area east of Highway 8 to Lake Winnipeg and between Seagram Road north to Boundary Road & between Willow Creek Road south to PR 229, including, but not limited to, the following subdivisions:

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
For statutory and civic holidays that fall on Monday or Wednesday the pickup will occur the day after the holiday (i.e. Monday will be collected on Tuesday and Wednesday will be collected on Thursday)
After the holiday your pick up will go back to your regular day.
RECYCLING DEPOT

Items accepted are electronic waste, household hazardous waste and household recycling
Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm & Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Please place items in designated areas
Residents and businesses may drop off recyclable materials at the depot if you have missed your scheduled pickup or have excess recycling.

HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE
Products must be in their original container with the label intact and the container must be tightly sealed, gasoline must be returned in an approved gas can or jerry can.

Please refrain from leaving hazardous items during un-manned hours as this is illegal under Municipal by-law.
Commercial, Industrial or Agricultural Products are not accepted.
